Ramtha lawsuit beginning in Olympia | Seattle Times Newspaper
“Knight says she channels the spirit of an ancient warrior named Ramtha. Weaver attended a Ramtha seminar and signed a contract agreeing not to use the teachings for her own commercial purposes.”
If your lesson plan is knowledge derived from channeling dead spirits, would it not be reasonable to assume that someone else could be channeling similar knowledge from other sources? Is channeling knowledge from the deceased copyright infringement?
I often channel the knowledge of others, dead and alive, using a less mystic-spiritual method called Google. I have pretty good results and the service is usually free.
I guess I don’t much see that JZ Knight has much of a leg to stand on.
